Although Domestic Violence Awareness Month is over and we’re welcoming in the cooler weather, we still want to focus on raising awareness to domestic violence. It is prevalent every day in our society and many, many women are still being abused.
I’ve been blogging for over one year and I’ve covered several different topics, such as: why women stay, the warning signs of abuse, and causes of domestic violence.
I want survivors to have a voice. I’d like to post some blogs written by survivors. Have you experienced domestic violence? Do you have a story to tell?
If so, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or @KatelinMaloney on Twitter. Click here for my Facebook page.
I’d like to hear your story. You can impact readers by sharing your experience with others.
Remember, if we can help just one victim, we’ve done our job.
